- Quotation Management: Obtain quotations from contractors for various project sites.

- Comparative Statements: Prepare and analyze comparative statements of quotations received from different contractors.

- Rate Analysis: Conduct rate analysis in coordination with the HOD and project teams.

- Work Order Preparation: Prepare and issue work orders after approval and award of work.

- Work Order Amendments: Prepare amendments to work orders in cases of changes in scope, quantities, or contract value, subject to approval.

- Contract Documentation: Maintain contracts, work orders, amendments, quotations, and related correspondence systematically.

- Contract Tracking: Monitor contract validity, expiry dates, extensions, renewals, and closure.

- Coordination: Liaise with contractors, site engineers, procurement, accounts, and management for contract-related matters.

- Record Keeping: Ensure accurate records and timely updates of all contract-related documents.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
