Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Chef with solid knowledge of Continental cuisine, food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality Continental dishes, starters, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, and other café-style food.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Follow standard recipes, SOPs, and food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Manage mise en place and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Control food wastage and maintain food cost standards.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team during service.

Required Skills




- Good knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Experience in café or restaurant operations.
- Knowledge of food costing, portion control, and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain service standards.
- Teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude.
