Key Responsibilities

- Connect with technical teams to write results-driven case studies, technical blogs, and deep-dive use cases for our Centers of Excellence (CoE).
- Own, schedule, and maintain the content calendars for all brand social media handles (primarily LinkedIn).
- Write sharp and engaging ad copy tailored for both domestic and US audiences and work on social media content, focusing on engagement and brand growth across global platforms.
- Write conversion-focused email marketing campaigns, digital ads, and offline media (brochures, sales pitch decks, event banners).
- To create structures and optimized digital content to boost organic visibility while keeping a human, honest, and helpful tone.
- Background in IT corporate communications, B2B technology marketing, or a fast-paced creative agency.




- Ability to explain highly technical services in straightforward and creative language to audience & clients.
- Comfortable interacting with and taking direction from senior leadership and international stakeholders.
- Collaborate with designers, internal stakeholders, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Extreme attention to detail regarding brand voice, consistency, proofreading, and text layouts.
- Develop well-researched, long and short-form content, proofread and edit all marketing materials, including brochures, career guides, mailers, and landing pages, for grammar, sentence structure, and overall readability.
- Comfortable using modern AI tools to accelerate research and ideation, without losing the essential human touch.
- Regularly analyze content performance and engagement, providing recommendations for optimization.
