Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for websites, blog posts, property descriptions, and social media platforms.

Write compelling property listings and project descriptions that highlight unique selling propositions.

Develop SEO-optimized content to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.

Create engaging email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

Write script for property walkthrough videos and promotional content.

Craft compelling ad copy for digital marketing campaigns.

Develop content for brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Create engaging social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram,

Facebook).

Write press releases and articles about company developments and achievements.

Research real estate market trends and incorporate insights into content.

Maintain brand voice and style consistency across all content.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure content alignment with visuals.

Edit and proofread content to ensure error-free publication.

Track content performance metrics and optimize based on data insights.





Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field;

MBA preferred.

1+ years of content writing experience, preferably in real estate or digital marketing.

Portfolio demonstrating excellent writing skills and versatility.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.

Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
