From a witty social media caption to a premium brand campaign, every word should have a purpose — to capture attention, communicate an idea, or create a connection.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Develop creative content strategies for multiple brands
- Write engaging captions, headlines, hooks, and social media copy
- Create scripts for Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and digital campaigns
- Develop brand voices, communication styles, and storytelling directions
- Build and manage monthly content calendars
- Research brands, audiences, competitors, and industry trends
- Translate creative briefs into compelling content ideas
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and creative directors
- Work on campaign concepts, brand launches, and promotional communication
- Plan and coordinate content from ideation to publication
- Review content for tone, grammar, accuracy, and brand consistency
- Manage content schedules, revisions, approvals, and deadlines
- Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement




- Adapt communication styles across different brands and platforms

THE SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong proficiency in:

- English writing, grammar, and storytelling
- Creative copywriting and caption writing
- Content ideation and research
- Brand tone of voice and audience understanding
- Social media content planning
- Clear communication and attention to detail

Good to have:

- SEO and website content writing
- Social media management tools
- Basic understanding of Instagram insights and analytics
- Experience with content calendars and scheduling platforms
- Short-form video scripting and storytelling
- AI-assisted research and writing tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising

At Rarefiction Media, you'll work alongside designers, filmmakers, photographers, editors, and strategists to develop communication that feels distinctive, relevant, and memorable.

You won't just write content.

You'll help shape how brands speak, connect, and get remembered.

EXPERIENCE

0-2 years preferred

Freshers with exceptional writing skills, original ideas, and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Experience working with multiple brands, creative agencies, or social media accounts is an advantage.
