We seek a Manager - Content Strategy for a personal care D2C brand in Noida.

Job Responsibilities

1. Own the overall content strategy and calendar across organic social media, paid campaigns and product launches.

2. Develop original content ideas, recurring formats, series and brand IPs that drive engagement and strengthen brand identity.

3. Write, review and approve scripts, ensuring consistency in messaging, storytelling and creative quality.

4. Lead content planning and creative conceptualisation for new product launches, campaigns and brand initiatives.

5. Develop creative concepts, hooks and messaging for performance marketing ads in collaboration with media buying teams.

6. Oversee end-to-end content development, from ideation and scripting to production, editing and final approvals.

7. Manage and guide internal editors, agencies and external creative partners to ensure high-quality, timely output.

8. Define the content production structure, including resource planning, team responsibilities and potential senior production hires.

Act as the primary decision-maker for all content-related activities across organic channels, paid advertising and upcoming products.

10. Collaborate closely with founders and internal stakeholders to align content with brand positioning and business objectives.

Job Requirements

- Prior experience of 2-4 years managing content strategy and execution for a D2C or consumer-facing brand or agencies helping consumer brands

- Solid scriptwriting, storytelling, creative conceptualisation and content-planning skills.

- Proven experience developing successful recurring content formats, series or brand IPs.

- Ability to independently create content while directing editors, agencies and production teams.

- Strong understanding of organic social media, performance ad creatives and consumer content trends.

- Excellent creative judgment, project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
