- Be able to independently own and drive the Certified Content Strategy – work with content partners and validation partners to bring in content to SSC NASSCOM that is mapped to the national occupational standards.
- Deliver to the volume and breadth of content that will be available in the appropriate time period to ensure that the number of mapped courses is as per the plan and strategy.
- Program Manage the validation partners - Monitor the progress of content development projects against plans, prepare dashboards and reports
- Ensure content development for job standards/ foundation curriculum of recent technologies in partnership with content partners, training publishers




- Be able to identify which partner will be most effective for which type of content to be mapped based on requirements basis learning outcomes and mode of learning (online, blended, instructor-led)
- Engage with subject matter experts to seek inputs on curriculum and courseware
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance to all procedures defined

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
- 10-15 years of industry experience. Experience in managing or developing content solutions using learning design principles is preferred
- Knowledge of the Occupational Standards framework will be an asset.
- Awareness of learner-centric methodologies in an outcome-based format
- Project management skills with good excel knowledge
- Be willing to work with ambiguity and be flexible to work on different aspects of projects as per the needs.
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
