We are looking for a Content Head to own our content strategy and content marketing end to end: brand storytelling, social media, video and digital content - what we say, where we say it, and how it looks and sounds.

Location: Mumbai, in office

Compensation: 20-50 LPA

What you will own

- Content strategy and content calendar across social media, video, website, SEO, email and admissions marketing campaigns
- Build and lead a team of writers, copywriters, designers, editors and video creators
- Brand voice, brand storytelling and creative direction, so every campus speaks in one voice
- Content that drives admissions: campaign ideas, scriptwriting, ad creatives and landing pages
- Content performance and analytics: reach, engagement, leads and conversions, iterated fast
- Creator, influencer,



agency and video production partnerships where they speed us up

Who we are looking for:
- A senior content leader who has built and led content teams, ideally in education or edtech
- Has grown a brand's content from its early days; Masters' Union, Scaler, Mesa or Newton School experience is a plus
- Deep knowledge of YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms and what performs on each
- Hands-on: you can write, script and edit yourself, not only manage a team
