Role Description The Content Editor at Roshni Boutique is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for editing, refining, and overseeing written content across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, product descriptions, and brand communications to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging.

The Content

Editor will collaborate closely with the marketing, design,



and operations teams to plan content calendars, align messaging with brand initiatives, and maintain high editorial standards. Daily tasks include reviewing and editing web and social media content, fact-checking and validating information, optimizing copy for clarity and engagement, and ensuring all content reflects the brand’s values and voice. The role also involves supporting content strategy, monitoring performance of published content, and contributing ideas for new stories, campaigns, and formats that resonate with Roshni Boutique’s diverse audience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Content Management skills to plan, organize, and maintain digital and marketing content effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Editorial skills, including editing for grammar, style, brand tone, and overall quality control.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple deadlines is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Fashion Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
