Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Assist in creating Reels, carousels, social media posts, captions, scripts, and short-form content.

Research trending topics, industry updates, and relevant content ideas.

Write engaging captions and video scripts aligned with Protrainy’s brand voice.

Develop content around engineering, career growth, upskilling, and industry trends.

Assist in planning and executing the social media content calendar.

Repurpose existing content into different formats for various platforms.

Stay updated with social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.

Coordinate with the Marketing, Design, and Video Editing teams.

Ensure content is accurate,



relevant, and audience-focused.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.

Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.

Valuable research skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Prior content creation experience, a personal content page, or a portfolio will be an advantage.
