Job Summary

Instil Learning Hub is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging, informative, and audience-focused content for our digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating content that strengthens brand visibility, promotes our academic programs, engages students, and supports marketing objectives across social media and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop content for reels, posts, carousels, stories, promotional campaigns, and educational videos.
- Create content related to ACCA, CMA, CFA, student achievements, faculty insights, campus activities, and career opportunities.
- Write creative captions, scripts, headlines, hooks, and promotional copy.
- Collaborate with the marketing, academic, and admission departments to understand content requirements.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing.
- Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience preferences to generate fresh ideas.
- Develop student-focused content, including testimonials, success stories, educational tips, and engagement campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and editors to ensure content quality and consistency.
- Monitor content performance, engagement, reach,



and audience response to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, marketing objectives, and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in content creation, social media content, copywriting, or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Excellent written communication and creative storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and audience engagement.
- Ability to develop creative ideas and convert them into engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of content planning and social media analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
