About the Role

You will work on real consulting deliverables, including corporate reports, ESG disclosures, research notes and client communications. You will have the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects across consulting, research, audit and training, while coordinating with clients, multi-sector stakeholders and internal teams such as creative design, web and social media teams.

What you will do

· Write and edit ESG & sustainability content

· Develop content on social impact, human rights at the workplace, employee well-being, responsible workplace practices, diversity and inclusion, workplace culture and people-centric narratives.

· Assist in corporate reports & client documents

· Summarise research into business-ready content

· Create LinkedIn and professional communication copies

· Proofread report content and website copy for accuracy and clarity.

· Contribute to editorial writing and development of fresh content for social media and other digital platforms, including language refinement and content enhancement.

· Apply knowledge of relevant technical terminology.

· Coordinate with the design team and clients to ensure timely and effective delivery.

· Develop a robust understanding of the company’s website content and messaging.





Essential Skills required:

1. Expertise in proofreading, copy editing and writing fresh content

2. Proficiency in Google workspace

3. Familiarity with Google Meet

Eligibility: 4 - 5 years (exceptional fresher with good acumen can also apply) Graduate in English Honours / Communicative English / Mass Communication / Journalism

Must have:

· Strong English written & verbal communication

· Good academic record in English core subjects

· English medium schooling (preferred)

Interest in corporate/business writing

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
