Get to Know the Prospect

The Security Personnel will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of Voya India employees, visitors, facilities, and assets. The role includes access control, visitor management, premises monitoring, incident reporting, emergency response support, and adherence to organizational security policies and procedures. The individual will work as part of the onsite security team provided by the contracted security services vendor.

The Contributions You Will Make

Monitor and secure entry/exit points of the facility.





Manage employee and visitor access in accordance with security protocols.

Conduct regular patrols and security checks of office premises.

Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities.

Maintain visitor, incident, and security logs.

Support emergency response, evacuation, and business continuity procedures.

Coordinate with Facilities, Administration, and local authorities when required.

Ensure compliance with Voya India security, safety, and workplace policies.

Safeguard company assets and confidential information.

Education Qualification

Minimum 10th Pass (SSLC) required.

12th Pass / PUC preferred.

Relevant security, safety, defense, ex-servicemen, or facility management experience preferred.

Ability to read, write, and communicate in basic English and local language.
