- Good communication skills both spoken and written .

- Complying with travel policy and internal processes . Adherence to TAT . Good Experience in working of Depreciation .

- Minimum 4+ years of Relevant experienc

:

- Providing customer support to clients related to reservation, ticketing and booking.

- Valuable communication skills both spoken and written

- Worked on Galileo reservation system

- Handling Ticketing (both Domestic & International).

- Complying with travel policy and internal processes

- Adherence to TAT
- Good Experience in working of Depreciation

- Ensure timely billing of all tickets and refunds processed for cancelled tickets as per the set TAT

- Taking care of Premier Customers/ Corporates will be added adv
