About the RoleH-tech is seeking a hands-on, field-oriented Concrete Technologist (CT) to join our Concrete Admixture Division. In this role, you will act as a key technical specialist bridging field applications, laboratory trials, and customer quality assurance across Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plants and major construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Site &

• Client Visits: Regularly visit RMC plants and site laboratories across existing accounts as well as network-driven business leads.
- Testing &

- Quality Assurance: Conduct independent laboratory trials, mix design optimizations, slump retention tests, and cube casting.
- Plant-Scale Trials: Coordinate and lead plant-scale trials to troubleshoot admixture performance under live site conditions.
- Daily Reporting: Monitor, log,



and track daily site activities, trial data, and technical reports using the company mobile reporting app.
Requirements &
- Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in concrete admixture field testing and sales support.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep practical understanding of concrete mix proportioning, admixture dosage trials, concrete chemistry, and relevant Indian Standard (IS) codes.
- Communication & • Networking:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface effectively with plant managers, QC heads, and project engineers.
