This job is to execute Overall C&B; function and will include Top talent identification, development, new HR initiatives. The incumbent will largely be responsible for overall, C&B; administration, R&R;, PMS initiative and support the HR team in overall functioning of the department, enabling the business to perform to its optimum ability with best employee experience & enabling them to operate in the continuously evolving startup environment.

Managing

Compensation & Benefits administration for all employees





Identification Top talent to enable the business to perform and scale up

Taking the ownership of resolving employee grievances

Support the HR team in various operational and strategic assignments

Good understanding of Human Resource fundamentals and their application

Ability to understand the business nuances and operate proactively

Maintain the standards and adhere to the guidelines that has been set by the team

Manage responsibilities and priorities in a time-bound setting

Ability to interact with various stakeholders in the ecosystem

Team player: person should be able to work with a cross-functional team and if required can wear a business hat at times
