- Basic knowledge of salads, sandwiches, dressings, and cold kitchen preparation.
- Knife-handling and food presentation skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food storage.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions.
- Teamwork, punctuality, and time management.
- Willingness to learn current recipes and kitchen techniques.
