About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Writer / Proposal Specialist based in India to lead our tender submissions from initial strategy through to final submission. You will work remotely with Australian leaders to produce compelling, client-focused narratives that clearly articulate our value proposition and win business.

(Note: This is a writing and commercial communications role, not an engineering or technical design role.)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end proposals, tenders, bids, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Write persuasive executive summaries, value propositions, capability statements, and commercial case studies.
- Translate complex operational offerings into clear, engaging, and easy-to-read business prose.
- Coordinate input, reviews, and messaging across Operations, HR, Finance, and Executive teams.
- Manage multiple deadlines and maintain professional tender templates and content libraries.
- Ensure every submission is polished, error-free, on-brand, and deeply client-focused.

What You Bring

- At least three years experience in commercial writing, bid management, proposal writing, corporate journalism, or a related copywriting field.
- Exceptional written English, editing, and proofreading skills tailored for professional corporate audiences.




- Demonstrated background in writing complex business submissions or marketing/sales copy for international markets.
- Robust research, structural editing, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and collaborate during agreed AEST/AEDT business hours.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote workspace.

Desirable

- Experience with government or large commercial bids, Australian procurement, security services, facilities management, or corporate communications.
