You will be a dedicated client resource supporting multiple client projects and also responsible for internal knowledge management initiatives

Minimum 5 yearspost-qualification experience in transaction documentation with proven experience in risk and data privacy compliance

Ability to lead Privacy Risk Assessments,



Policy Management (data privacy and AI-specific policy documentation) for clients across geographies and product types for regulatory compliance

Draft and remediate firmwide compliance policies on the back of statutory and regulatory updates and assist in preparing reports for clients as part of regulatory operations support

Proven track record in negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts Training: Design and conduct knowledge management training sessions on evolving topics, and be responsible for conducting post-session evaluations

Develop and enforce QA processes, ensuring compliance Expand commercial knowledge and develop specialist expertise in jurisdiction, industry, and technology Continuously update playbooks, processes, and knowledge resources Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Strong understanding of Morae and its operations Flexible approach to working hours and delivery methodologies Exceptional communication and organisational skills Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask Why Morae GlobalAt Morae Global, we foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
