: Colour Consultant*

About the Role:

We are looking for a vibrant and customer-focused Colour Consultant to be the face of Asian Paints at our Colourideas Stores. Your role will be to provide expert, personalized colour and décor consultations to walk-in customers and convert consultations into sales of premium paints and painting services.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates from Retail, Sales, and Business Development backgrounds who have a passion for home décor and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Consultation & Advisory

- Deliver personalized colour consultations based on customer preferences, lighting, and space.
- Recommend colour schemes, finishes, textures, wallpapers, and décor styles using principles of colour theory.
- Create customized mood boards and shade combinations for different rooms and interior styles.

2. Sales & Business Development

- Proactively engage with walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth.
- Drive sales of Premium & Luxury product categories and achieve monthly targets.
- Perform cross-selling and upselling to maximize conversion.
- Promote and convert customers for Beautiful Homes Painting Service (BHPS) and allied services.

3. Customer Experience & Technology

- Operate and demonstrate in-store digital tools like Colour Visualizer, Shade Tools, and AR/VR experiences.




- Ensure store ambience and product displays are maintained as per brand guidelines.
- Create a fun, engaging, and memorable consultation experience for every customer.

4. Lead Management & Operations

- Follow up on digital and store leads and ensure timely closure as per SLAs.
- Make cold calls to generate new business leads.
- Maintain accurate records of consultations and complete daily reporting.
- Coordinate with Customer Associates and contractors for smooth operations.

What We Are Looking For: Education: Graduate in any stream. Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Fine Arts / Architecture will be an added advantage.

Experience: 0-3 years in Decor / Retail / Sales / Business Development.

- Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in Retail Outlets, Malls, Supermarkets, Premium Lifestyle Brands, or Coaching Institutes will be given robust preference.

- Skills: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, Consultative selling, Customer-centric approach, Basic knowledge of MS Office & visualization tools, High ownership and attention to detail.

Work Schedule: 6 days working. Willingness to work on weekends and extended hours during peak season as per store operations. Compensation: Best as per industry standards + Attractive Incentives based on performance.
