Job Overview: KV Marketing Solutions is looking for a confident and target-oriented Collections Executive to manage payment follow-ups and recovery for an Australian movers and packers company. The role involves contacting customers regarding outstanding invoices, negotiating payment commitments, and ensuring timely recovery of dues. The ideal candidate must have fluent English communication, excellent rebuttal skills, and the ability to confidently lead conversations, handle objections, and steer calls towards successful payment resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to Australian customers regarding pending payments and overdue invoices.
- Follow up on outstanding balances related to moving and packing services.
- Communicate outstanding amounts, payment deadlines, and invoice details clearly and professionally.
- Negotiate payment commitments and persuade customers to settle overdue balances.
- Confidently lead customer conversations, maintain control of calls, and steer discussions towards payment commitments.
- Provide effective rebuttals to customer objections, excuses, and resistance while maintaining a professional approach.




- Use strong persuasion and negotiation techniques to achieve collection and recovery targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and adherence to company policies and process guidelines.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2–5 years of experience in an International BPO Voice Process; experience in collections, debt recovery, or payment follow-ups is preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills with clarity, confidence, and a qualified telephone manner.
- Strong rebuttal and objection-handling skills, with the ability to respond convincingly to customer resistance and payment-related excuses.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to influence customer decisions and secure payment commitments.
- Ability to maintain control of calls, lead conversations assertively, and steer discussions towards the desired outcome.
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven approach with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
