Qualification: Any Graduate.

Preferred: DRA-certified candidates.

Required Skills: Valuable communication, team handling, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

Allocate work to field executives and telecalling agents based on their expertise and workload. Monitor team performance, collection targets, call volumes, and recovery rates. Provide regular coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members.

Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.



Resolve team conflicts and address employee concerns. Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies. Analyse account data to identify high-risk accounts and prioritize collection activities.

Handle escalated customer complaints and debt collection inquiries. Negotiate payment plans with customers to ensure timely recovery. Educate customers about their payment obligations and repayment options.

Ensure compliance with applicable debt collection laws and company policies. Monitor team activities to maintain ethical collection practices. Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance, outstanding accounts, and recovery targets.

Share performance updates and recommendations with senior management.
