Job Summary

Responsible for managing all logistics-related collections, including To-Pay, Paid, Paid To-Pay, and third-party payments, ensuring timely recovery, follow-ups, and accurate payment records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle all shipment-related collections and outstanding payments.
- Follow up on pending To-Pay, Paid, Paid To-Pay, and third-party payments.
- Coordinate with customers, consignees, drivers, and transport partners for timely collections.
- Track overdue payments and ensure timely settlement.
- Reconcile collections with LR numbers, invoices, and bank transactions.
- Maintain daily collection reports and customer-wise outstanding records.
- Coordinate with operations and accounts teams to resolve payment discrepancies.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in collections, accounts, or logistics.
- Knowledge of freight payments, LR numbers, and invoicing preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely recovery of outstanding payments.
- Reduction in overdue collections.
- Accurate payment reconciliation and reporting.
- Consistent follow-up and timely settlement of dues.

Candidate Profile A responsible, trustworthy, and target-oriented candidate capable of independently managing logistics collections and ensuring timely recovery of all payments due to the company. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
