About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Coding and Robotics Educators who are interested in inspiring school students to explore technology, programming, robotics, and STEM education. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation, an aptitude for teaching, and a willingness to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences for students.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Classroom Teaching

Work as a lead or substitute teacher in partner schools, delivering coding, robotics, and STEM lessons. Teach students from Grades 1 to 10 according to the prescribed curriculum and learning objectives.

Conduct interactive, activity-based sessions that encourage creativity, logical thinking, and problem-solving.

Facilitate hands-on activities involving coding, robotics kits, and other STEM learning tools.

Manage classroom activities effectively and ensure an engaging and inclusive learning workplace.

Assess student progress and provide feedback to support learning outcomes.

1. Curriculum Development and Innovation

Contribute to the development and improvement of coding, robotics, and STEM curricula. Assist in designing lesson plans, educational modules, worksheets, and teaching resources.

Participate in piloting and refining new learning modules, tools, and teaching aids.

Collaborate with the curriculum team to improve content quality and classroom effectiveness.

Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies and practical activities into learning materials.

1. Training and Professional Development





Participate in training sessions to strengthen subject knowledge and teaching skills. Stay updated on emerging technologies, coding platforms, robotics tools, and STEM education practices.

Share classroom feedback and best practices to support continuous curriculum improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

BCA / MCA

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication (ENTC), or related disciplines

Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 12 years of experience in teaching, coding, robotics, or a related technical field will be preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong interest in teaching and working with school students.

Basic understanding of programming, computational thinking, and STEM concepts.

Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, engaging, and age-appropriate manner.

A creative, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.

Willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to curriculum development.
