Job Role : Collection Execuitve

We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Collection Executive to manage fee collection and payment follow-ups from students, parents, and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely payments, maintaining accurate collection records, resolving payment-related queries, and supporting the organization in achieving its collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact students, parents, and institutions to follow up on pending fees and overdue payments.
- Make follow-up calls, send reminders through WhatsApp, email, and SMS, and ensure timely fee collection.
- Explain payment schedules, outstanding balances, and available payment options to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, pending payments, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the accounts and finance teams to reconcile payments and update collection reports.
- Handle payment-related queries and resolve discrepancies professionally.
- Monitor overdue accounts and prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Achieve assigned collection targets within the stipulated timelines.
- Maintain professional communication and positive relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
- Follow company policies and ensure confidentiality of financial and student information.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry.
- Ability to handle payment-related queries professionally.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification
- Any graduate degree is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in collections

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
