Role Description & Qualifications

- The Coating Inspector QA/QC for Fire Proofing is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamnagar.
- NACE Level 1 or Level 2, or BGAS certification.
- Relevant site experience in coating inspection, preferably in fireproofing applications.
- Ability to read approved drawings, identify structural members and interpret fireproofing DFT loading charts.
- Ability to verify required dry film thickness (DFT) against the approved loading chart, member details and specified fire rating.
- Knowledge of surface preparation, primer compatibility, application conditions and coating thickness inspection.
- Ability to maintain inspection reports, DFT records, material traceability and QA/QC documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with client/consultant inspectors for inspections and clearance.
