Job Title: CNC / VMC Setter Cum Operator

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 3–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced CNC / VMC Setter Cum Operator for our manufacturing operations in Coimbatore. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine setting, operation, tooling, and quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines.
- Perform tool setting, work offset setting, and tool adjustments.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and tolerances.
- Monitor machining operations and maintain product quality.
- Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, and Bore Gauge.
- Make necessary tool offset corrections.
- Identify and resolve basic machining issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain production targets.

Required Skills
- Experience in CNC/VMC machine setting and operation.




- Knowledge of Fanuc controls preferred.
- Basic knowledge of G-Code and M-Code.
- Understanding of cutting tools, machining parameters, and offsets.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.

Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma (Mechanical) / B.E. Mechanical.
- 3–8 years of relevant CNC/VMC experience.
- Experience in manufacturing or machine shop operations preferred.
