About the Role

Our consulting client is looking for a hands-on Coating & Screen Printing Technician with experience in selective area coating and screen printing applications on gaskets. The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with silicone coatings and gasket coating processes, with a strong understanding of coating quality and application techniques.

Responsibilities

- Perform screen printing on gaskets for selective area coating applications.
- Apply silicone coatings to designated areas of gasket components.
- Work with anti-skid coating applications.
- Perform micro sealing coating processes.
- Ensure coating is applied accurately and consistently according to specifications.
- Monitor coating thickness, coverage, finish, and overall quality.
- Prepare components and equipment for coating and screen-printing operations.




- Identify coating defects and take appropriate corrective action.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of coating materials and equipment.
- Follow production, quality, safety, and process requirements.

Required Skills / What You Bring

- Hands-on experience with silicone coating.
- Experience in selective area coating.
- Practical experience with screen printing on gaskets.
- Experience with anti-skid coating.
- Experience with micro sealing coating.
- Understanding of gasket coating processes and quality requirements.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent coating quality.
- Manufacturing or industrial production experience preferred.

Compensation
