- 2D DRAWING READING.
- EXPERIENCE IN SETTING AND OPERATING THE VMC MACHINE.
- EXPERIENCE IN FANUC CONTROL.
- SOLID GD&T; KNOWLEDGE.
- WORK WITH TIGHT TOLERANCE(5 MICRONS TO 10MICRONS)
- TAKING WORK OFFSET USING DIAL INDICATOR OR EDGE FINDER .
- TAKING TOOL OFFSET USING PRESETTER. (TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN)
- KNOWLEDGE IN 2D PROGRAMMING.3D PROGRAMMING GIVING ADVANTAGE.
- KNOWLEDGE IN “D” VALUE (D-DIAMETER COMPENSATION VALUE)
- KNOWLEDGE IN PRECISION INSTRUMENTS LIKE VERNIER CALIPER, MICROMETER,BORE

GAUGE, HEIGHT GAUGE, PIN GAUGE AND SLIP GAUGES TO PRODUCE QUALITY PART.

- KNOWLEDGE IN “G” CODES AND “M” CODES.
- KNOWLEDGE IN EDITING THE PROGRAMME.
- BASIC MAINTENANCE OF VMC MACHINES.
- FILLING UP DAILY PRODUCTION LOG SHEET AND STAGE INSPECTION SHEET.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
