- Minimum 12 to 15 years of relevant experience including industry and management consulting with preferably:
- Big 4 / other international business consulting Firms.
- Deep understanding of metals value chain including, including steel, aluminium, copper, Zinc etc.




- Experience in EBIDTA improvement (cost reduction, revenue enhancement, supply chain excellence), digital strategy & transformation, business transformation, policy advisory and bid process advisory with deep operational experience
- Experience of leading successful projects and managing high performing team
- Establish and maintain robust client relationships
- Ability to work and manage people under pressure.
