Job Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults in spindles, ball screws, bearings, guideways, and tool changers.
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and coolant systems.
- Diagnose machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Perform machine alignment, levelling, and mechanical adjustments.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain breakdown reports, preventive maintenance records, and spare-parts inventory.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to ensure smooth machine operations.
- Implement TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and workplace safety practices.

Qualification Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience





2–5 years of experience in CNC & VMC machine maintenance.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of CNC and VMC machines.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and lubrication.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
