Move My Loads is looking for an experienced CMT Manager (OTR Specialist) with 2–5 years of experience in US trucking operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing OTR operations for a 3-year-old (MC), including driver coordination, load monitoring, compliance, and overall fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily OTR trucking operations for a 3-year-old MC.

- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

- Monitor loads, truck movements, and delivery schedules.

- Handle driver issues, route updates, and operational challenges.

- Coordinate with dispatch, brokers, and other relevant teams.

- Ensure compliance with US trucking regulations and company policies.

- Maintain accurate records of loads, drivers, and operational activities.

- Monitor driver performance and resolve day-to-day operational issues.





- Ensure smooth communication between the US and India teams.

- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in US trucking operations.

- Prior experience as an OTR Specialist is mandatory.

- Experience handling operations for a relatively new MC is preferred.

- Positive knowledge of US trucking processes, driver management, and load tracking.

- Ability to manage operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to work in shifts aligned with US business hours.
