Qualification: Diploma / BE – Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and program CMM machines for dimensional inspection of components.
- Perform inspection as per engineering drawings, GD&T;, and customer specifications.
- Prepare and generate CMM inspection reports.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections.
- Ensure measurement accuracy and maintain inspection records.
- Coordinate with quality and production teams to resolve dimensional issues.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in CMM operation or programming.
- Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawing interpretation.
- Familiarity with CMM software such as Hexagon PC-DMIS is preferred.
- Knowledge of dimensional measuring instruments.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
