Role & responsibilities:

Business Achievement

- Drive GWP and budget fulfillment across PSU banks
- Identify new business avenues and optimize product mix
- Track activation, productivity, and renewals

PSU Banks Management

- Deliver growth while maintaining Loss Ratio and COR

- Improve renewals and retention
- Run campaigns with bank controllers

Alliances

- Build recent bank partnerships
- Support licensing, compliance, and onboarding

Team Management

- Set goals, appraise, coach, and mentor
- Hire, plan succession, and manage attrition

Training

- Train partners and team on products and processes

Process & Product

- Coordinate with Product, UW, IT, and Claims for seamless service
