Qualifications

- Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Cloud Financials certification(s).

- Experience in multi-country/global rollouts and localization requirements.

- Experience working in Agile and/or Oracle implementation methodologies.

- Prior experience as a Functional Lead / Solution Lead in Oracle Cloud Finance projects.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with significant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

- Robust functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Tax.

- Experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.

- Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R, and financial close processes.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies, configuration, testing, data conversion, and deployment.

- Good understanding of FBDI,



HDL/ADF concepts, REST/SOAP integrations, and functional aspects of Oracle interfaces.

- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Financial Reporting.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead functional teams in complex global implementations.
