We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business HR professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, talent management, and employee relations.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and promoting open communication.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that enhance skills and competencies.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Job Requirements

- A B.Tech/B.E. degree is required; an MBA/PGDM or MCA postgraduate degree is preferred.
