Position Details:

- Job Title: Closing Manager – Real Estate
- Location: Thane, Maharashtra
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in real estate sales/closing with a developer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
- Reporting To: Team Lead – Closing

**Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales closing process, from deal negotiation to final handover.
- Coordinate with sales, brokers, channel partners, legal, finance, and CRM teams.
- Oversee booking documentation, agreements, payment schedules, and loan disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and applicable legal requirements.
- Lead and mentor the closing team to achieve sales and conversion targets.




- Manage client relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should have robust negotiation and communication skills, experience handling high-value real estate transactions, knowledge of RERA and property documentation, and proven team management capabilities.
