- Basic knowledge of dental/orthodontic treatment

- Coordinate orders, update CRM with rescans and refinements, resolve treatment-plan doubts, share IPR charts, and manage case-related issues

Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate next-batch orders and share tracking details with doctors.

- Upload rescans and refinements in CRM and maintain case records.

- Coordinate with doctors and planning doctors to resolve treatment-plan (TP) doubts.

- Share IPR charts with the manufacturing team.

- Coordinate on fitting, tray breakage, and other case-related issues and update doctors.

- Guide recent doctors on attachment and IPR procedures.

- Coordinate and book rescans for refinements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills

- Good coordination and communication skills

- Basic knowledge of dental/orthodontic treatment

- Comfortable working with doctors and clinic partners

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
