Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and patient-focused Dietician to provide dietary counselling, nutritional consultation, and personalized diet plans to patients. The candidate will be responsible for understanding patients’ health concerns, guiding them on appropriate dietary habits, and supporting their treatment and recovery through effective nutrition management.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Counselling & Consultation
- Conduct one-to-one nutritional counselling and diet consultations with patients.
- Understand patients’ medical history, health concerns, dietary habits, and nutritional requirements.
- Explain the importance of healthy eating and appropriate dietary modifications.
- Provide personalized dietary guidance based on patients’ health conditions and treatment needs.
- Motivate patients to follow recommended diet plans and maintain healthy lifestyle habits.
- Address patients’ queries and provide practical solutions to improve dietary compliance.
- Diet Planning & Nutrition Management
- Prepare customized diet plans based on patients’ health conditions, preferences, and nutritional needs.
- Recommend appropriate food choices, portion sizes, and meal timings.
- Educate patients about foods to include, limit, or avoid as per their requirements.
- Review and modify diet plans based on patient progress and feedback.
- Patient Follow-Up & Coordination




- Conduct follow-up consultations to monitor patient progress and adherence to diet plans.
- Maintain patient consultation records, diet charts, and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team to ensure appropriate nutrition guidance.
- Support patient engagement and encourage continuity of care.
- Patient Education & Service Excellence
- Build trust and maintain positive relationships with patients.
- Communicate nutritional information in a simple, clear, and patient-friendly manner.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a patient-centric approach.
- Ensure a positive patient experience during every consultation.

Eligibility & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics / Clinical Nutrition or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Experience in patient counselling and nutritional consultation will be preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
- Good knowledge of diet planning, nutrition management, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Ability to understand patient needs and provide practical dietary recommendations.
- Patient-focused, empathetic, and result-oriented approach.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of patient consultations and counselling sessions conducted.
- Quality and effectiveness of nutritional counselling.
- Patient adherence to recommended diet plans.
- Timely follow-ups and maintenance of patient records.
- Patient satisfaction and feedback

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
