Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide prompt and professional support to clients via calls, emails, and chat.
- Understand client requirements and assist them with product-related queries.
- Conduct Tester checks to ensure product and service standards are met.
- Report bugs, errors, and issues to the development team with proper documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and QA reports.
