Role Description: The Client Servicing Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and high satisfaction across all projects. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and translating them into actionable briefs for internal teams. Daily tasks include coordinating with strategy and creative teams, monitoring project timelines and budgets, preparing status reports, and addressing client feedback and concerns.





The role also involves supporting proposal development, participating in review meetings, and proactively identifying opportunities to deepen client partnerships and grow accounts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Client Services and Client Relations to manage accounts and build long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure high-quality delivery and responsive issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
- Relevant experience in account management, project coordination, or client success in a creative, branding, or agency environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
