About the Role

Alchemist Marketing Solutions is looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing qualified with 2–5 years of experience in an advertising agency, preferably with experience handling real estate brands. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing pitch decks, executing ATL/BTL campaigns, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal creative teams to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.

The candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, including design, creative, and other relevant departments.
- Understand client briefs, business objectives, and marketing requirements, and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Prepare compelling pitch decks, presentations, proposals, and campaign recommendations for existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate and execute ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns.
- Manage client expectations, address queries, resolve concerns,



and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Work closely with the creative and design teams to develop effective communication materials in line with client briefs.
- Track project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions to develop campaign ideas and marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on real estate marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide relevant inputs for campaigns.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising or marketing agency.
- Prior experience working with real estate brands is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in creating pitch decks, presentations, and client proposals.
- Hands-on experience with ATL and BTL campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative, design, and other internal teams.
