Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Project Coordination

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and delivery of services as per client expectations. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client requirements.

Client Communication

- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status,



address concerns, and gather feedback. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients.

Problem Resolution

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or challenges promptly. Implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of problems and ensure a positive client experience.

Client Retention and Growth

- Work towards enhancing client loyalty and retention by delivering exceptional service. Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with sales teams to upsell additional services.

Reporting and Analysis

- Prepare and present regular reports to clients on project performance and key metrics. Analyze client feedback and performance data to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Market Intelligence

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market changes and opportunities.
