Client Servicing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with clients in the Food & Beverage sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, handling inquiries, managing orders, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong business relationships.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with operations, production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Monitor order processing, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.

Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and service agreements.

Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and discuss business opportunities.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and account status.

Track market trends and competitor activities to support business development initiatives.

Generate periodic reports on customer performance, sales activities, and client satisfaction metrics.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration,



Marketing, or a related field.

1-5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Key Account Management, Sales Coordination, or Customer Relationship Management, preferably in the F&B; industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent problem-solving and relationship management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software & Canva and Artificial Intelligence.

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, catering, hospitality, or restaurant operations.

Preferred Skills

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.

Ability to handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution.

Experience in contract management and business development.

Client retention rate.

Customer satisfaction score (CSAT).

Revenue growth from existing accounts.

Order fulfilment accuracy and service levels.

New business opportunities generated through existing clients.

Experience: 1-5 Years Industry Preference: Food & Beverage, Catering, Hospitality, FMCG Food Products, Cloud Kitchen, Restaurant Chains Location: As per company requirement

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
