Role Description The Customer Service Representative internship at Kahaaneeya is an on-site role based in West Delhi. Interns will handle incoming inquiries from clients and prospects, provide clear information about services, and support them throughout the branding engagement process. Daily tasks include responding to calls, emails, and messages, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when needed.

The role also involves gathering feedback on customer experiences, assisting in improving service processes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent and respectful communication.



This internship is designed to offer hands-on experience in a client-facing environment, with guidance and training provided.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle diverse client inquiries effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience to ensure positive, solution-focused interactions.
- Candidates should possess skills relevant to Customer Service Representatives, including professionalism and empathy in communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and courteously.
- Ability to work on-site in West Delhi, manage time well, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or ticketing systems) and willingness to learn current platforms.
