About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Client Service Executives. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain regular communication with clients and build strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

-Maintain daily calls and regular follow-ups with clients.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

-Understand client requirements and provide timely updates and support.

-Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and concerns.

-Maintain daily call records, client details, and follow-up reports.

-Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and service.

-Follow up with clients regarding ongoing tasks and pending requirements.





Required Skills

-Good verbal and written communication skills.

-Confident and qualified telephone etiquette.

-Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

-Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

-Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

-Ability to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups.
