About the Role

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to communicate with clients, understand their property requirements, coordinate with the relevant teams, and maintain strong relationships through regular follow-ups and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact clients and understand their property requirements, budget, and preferred location.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, property owners, brands, startups, and investors.
- Share client requirements with the relevant residential or commercial team.
- Follow up with clients and provide updates on suitable property options.
- Coordinate property visits, client meetings, and discussions.
- Maintain client information and follow-up records.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client support.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Valuable coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate professionally and manage client enquiries.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any degree is acceptable.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
- Experience in customer service, sales, client coordination, or real estate will be an advantage.
- Kannada-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
- A two-wheeler is required for local travel and property visits, where applicable.
- Salary will depend on interview performance, relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.

Salary and Incentives The salary offered will depend on the candidate's experience, communication skills, and relevant real estate knowledge. Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the salary.
