About the Role

Apploom Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Client Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, promote our software solutions, and support business growth across South India.

Freshers with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in client management and sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients, businesses, educational institutions, and other organizations.
- Promote the company's software products, ERP solutions, CRM platforms, and custom software development services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Arrange client meetings, product demonstrations, follow-ups, and business discussions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
- Achieve assigned project acquisition and business development targets.
- Travel across South India to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
- Maintain client records, sales reports, and regular follow-up updates.

Salary, Incentives and Probation 1. Probation Period – First 3 Months

- Fixed salary of ₹15,000 per month.
- Target: Successfully acquire a minimum of 9 projects during the probation period.
- Performance will be evaluated based on project acquisition, communication skills, client handling, and overall contribution.

2. Project-Based Incentives





- Incentives will be provided for successfully acquired projects.
- Incentive amounts will be determined based on the project value and the company's incentive policy.
- Eligibility and payment terms will be communicated clearly by the management.

3. Confirmation and Salary Revision

- Upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period, the employee may be confirmed based on performance and achievement of targets.
- The salary after confirmation will be determined based on individual performance, project acquisition, and contribution to business growth.

Travel Allowance
- Candidates must be willing to travel across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and other parts of South India as required.
- Approved official travel expenses and applicable travel allowances will be provided according to company policy.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in client relationship management, sales, and business development.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients in person.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of software products, ERP, CRM, or IT services is an advantage.
