Select Source international is hiring for Client Relationship Manager(MSP/VMS US Staffing)

Experience: 3 to 7 years (Relevant experience)

Location: Gurgaon (fully onsite)

Shift: Night (cabs provided)

Job Summary

This role is responsible for building robust client relationships, ensuring effective communication, understanding workforce needs, coordinating with internal teams, and driving overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will excel at stakeholder management, account growth, and maintaining long-term partnerships in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients, MSP program teams, VMS teams, and internal delivery teams.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client hiring priorities, workforce requirements, and business objectives.
- Conduct regular client meetings, status calls, and business reviews.
- Manage client expectations, queries, escalations, and issue resolution.




- Monitor account activity and ensure compliance with MSP/VMS processes and client guidelines.
- Prepare and present account performance reports and client business reviews.
- Track client satisfaction, account health, retention, and service performance.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion, and increased client engagement.
- Support contract renewals and long-term client retention.
- Gather client feedback and drive process improvements.
- Provide market intelligence and workforce insights to clients.
- Required Experience: 3+ years in US Staffing Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, or MSP Program Management.
- Strong understanding of US Staffing, MSP/VMS, and contingent workforce management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and stakeholders simultaneously.
