- Site Execution: Direct day-to-day road construction tasks, including earthwork, excavation, subgrade preparation, base course laying, asphalt paving, and concrete work. [1, 2]

- Quality Control (QC): Inspect materials (aggregate, bitumen, soil, concrete) on site and verify work matches project specifications and highway standards. [1, 2]

- Workforce &
- Subcontractor Management:

Coordinate laborers, equipment operators, and subcontractors to keep the project on schedule. [1, 2]

- Equipment &

- Material Tracking:

Monitor the deployment of machinery (rollers, pavers, excavators) and track material usage to minimize waste. [1, 2]

- Safety &

- Compliance:

Enforce site safety rules, conduct daily safety briefings, and ensure proper traffic management around work zones. [1, 2]

- Reporting: Maintain daily logs, record progress updates,



and report delays or site issues to the Project Engineer or Manager. [1, 2]

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent practical construction experience.

- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in civil infrastructure or road/highway construction projects.

- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings, alignments, cross-sections, and survey markings.

- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, in office problem-solving, crew communication, and time management

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
